After a few songs though, I got really hot and dizzy. I sat in the corner waiting for it to pass and realized I couldn't remember the last time I had a glass of water...
So I had a beer instead, which made me feel completely fine and somehow sober.

Missed you at the opening Dave. Most unfortunate that you haven't been drinking enough beer lately. That makes me feel warm and dizzy too. (Although, today I was barfing in the garbage at Goldie's.)
